2024 GMC TALK SHOW VOLUNTEERS

WE ARE HIRING FOR GMC TALK SHOW

GMC Talk Show is a community-led program for GMC. It will be a live show in which people who have participated in the global mentorship conference and the 13-week mentorship program will be interviewed about the programs’ impact. The moderator will interview the person (a volunteer participant).

This program will help the foundation get the metrics to measure how GMC has helped to impact the individuals (Participants) in line with SDG 4 & 8 at both local and international levels, which is the focus of the foundation, and also inform the foundation’s decision on what needs to be done more.

To this, we are looking for disciplined and teachable interns who are willing to volunteer on the program in the following roles. 

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

-Creating top-notch designs for the program

-Have good usage of AI tools to create animation for flyers and videos.

-Create a graphic representation of excerpts from the event

-You also need to be organised to help connects the dots between files as changes are made. We will sometimes make changes and we need the designer to connect that dot across all the pieces being worked on.

-Good communication is also highly important. When we ask for the status update we need to be able to hear back from the designer.

CONTENT CREATOR

-Develop engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos,content calendar and interactive elements, to captivate and entertain our user base.

-Engage with users through comments, messages, and forums, providing assistance, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community.

-Committed to producing exceptional creatives and content for the program.

-Curate content to be used as promotional ad copies.

ADMIN ASSISTANT

-Assist with the preparation of conference documents and related correspondence..

-Assist the conference manager in the preparation, updating and preparing and monitoring of the conference budget. .

-Manage participant registration.

-Assist with all logistics and administrative arrangements.

-Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

-Manage and handle telegram and Facebook community for the program.

-Create and publish content on the platform.

-Engage with users through comments, messages, and forums, providing assistance, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community .
