1. HR & Operations Lead (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR & Operations Lead to oversee human resources administration, internal operations, and cross-functional coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient people processes, streamline operational workflows, strengthen internal communication, and provide the structure that enables teams to execute effectively as I-Train Africa continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and HR compliance records.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, policy updates, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain operational systems, workflows, and organizational documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution of organizational priorities.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and logistics for programs and internal events.
  • Maintain HR templates, contracts, policies, and administrative records.
  • Support operational budgeting by obtaining vendor quotations and monitoring approved expenses.

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to help us reach and convert our target audience online. You will  be responsible for driving traffic, leads, enrollments, and brand visibility through paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and conversion-focused digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop SEO-driven content strategies and optimize landing pages.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Track and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
