They’ll join a safe, engaging space where teens, mentors, and facilitators learn, ask questions, and grow together.

Duration: 12 hours
Format: Virtual (with optional physical sessions by request)
Frequency: Once or twice weekly over 2–4 weeks
Cohorts:
•The Innovators Cohort: For teenagers and high school graduates
• Young Adults Cohort: For undergraduates and fresh graduates (ages 13–29).
Follow-up: Continued mentorship via community support groups

Yes, the Career guidance for teenagers is designed for teenagers, high school graduates, and young adults under (13–29 years old).
Do I need any qualifications to enroll?
No prior qualifications are required. The program is open to educated Teenagers, High school graduates, and young adults interested in receiving career guidance and mentorship.
Can parents be involved in the program?
Yes, there is a workshop for parents and educators. Parents are encouraged to participate in certain sessions to understand their children’s aspirations and collaborate in decision-making.
Is there an opportunity for follow-up mentorship after the program ends?
Yes! The program aims to provide ongoing value by offering alumni access to mentorship opportunities in our community. This allows participants to reach out for additional guidance as they progress in their careers.
