1. Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing & Growth

Reports To: CEO

Role Overview:
Lead and scale I-Train Africa’s marketing across four brands (OGE, SFW, Tech School, GOP). You will drive high-visibility campaigns, consistent content output, lead acquisition, and funnel optimization while aligning marketing with sales.

What You’ll Do:
Build and execute marketing strategies for youth, parents, and professionals.

  • Lead a team of 8–10, overseeing content, digital marketing, and campaigns.
  • Manage paid ads, SEO, content planning, and influencer/UGC strategies.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable growth and brand authority.
  • Align sales and marketing to maximize conversions.

2. Partnerships & Distribution Manager

Department: Growth (Partnerships & Distribution)

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite + field activations)

Reports To: CEO

Role Overview:
Expand I-Train Africa’s reach and revenue by building institutional partnerships, driving large-scale distribution, and leading partner-driven sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage partnerships with universities, NYSC, NGOs, employers, private and public bodies, and community groups.
  • Execute national distribution strategies delivering 40–50k annual leads.
  • Lead a sales team to convert partner-driven leads.
  • Conduct field activations, campus meetings, and partner events.
  • Track performance and report insights to the CEO.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

3. Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance & Growth)

Level: 3 (Senior Specialist)

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager (+ D&P Manager for dotted-line)

Role Overview:
Drive measurable growth for all brands through high-performance digital marketing, paid ads, funnel optimization, automation, and analytics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run Meta, TikTok, Google campaigns; manage funnels and conversion rates.
  • Implement CRM automation and email nurturing flows.
  • Conduct SEO audits and optimize website content.
  • Amplify viral content and collaborate with the content team for data-driven campaigns.
  • Provide analytics insights to guide marketing and sales strategy.

4. Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
Lead I-Train Africa’s content engine, producing high-volume, high-quality content that educates, entertains, and converts across social media platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute content calendars for 4 brands.
  • Produce 60–120 reels, 8–12 carousels, and 20+ scripts monthly.
  • Manage social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).
  • Use SEO insights to guide content strategy.
  • Supervise junior content associates and interns.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Content strategy, scripting, storytelling, video production, social media growth.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, fast executor with strong internal communication.

5. Sales Closing & Community Engagement Specialist

Level: 2 (Specialist)

Department: Sales

Reports To: Senior Relationship & Community Manager / D&P Manager

Role Overview:
Convert warm leads into paying customers, support community-based sales cycles, and manage alumni and parent engagement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Close leads across DMs, WhatsApp, and email; support high-ticket cycles.
  • Manage 20–40 WhatsApp communities to nurture and engage customers.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline data.
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams to optimise messaging.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Conversational sales, objection handling, lead nurturing, CRM tools.
