POSITION: ONLINE COMMUNITY MANAGER/SALES REP

Job Description: As a Sales Closer & Community Manager Trainee at I-Train Africa, you will grow our organisation by converting leads into sales and fostering vibrant, engaged communities (5-10). You will create compelling content for the communities while managing it to ensure active participation and satisfaction.

POSITION: Project manager


Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and  dedicated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our organization projects. The ideal candidate will manage project, hire, and manage day-to-day operations and ensure projects align with the organization objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate resources and manage team tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment.

POSITION: PA TO CEO (Content STORYTELLER)

 

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled, proactive and organized Content Storyteller to serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO with a strong branding background. The successful candidate will create engaging content from lifestyle events, edit videos, and assist in branding and partnership discussions.

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and communications.
  • Assist in branding and storytelling initiatives.
  • Develop and write content for the CEO’s public-facing platforms.

Position: student success MANAGEr/Partnership Liaison.

 

Job Description: he Student Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of students enrolled in the Skilled for Work Academy’s online programs. This includes providing guidance, support, and resources to help students achieve their learning goals, maintain engagement, and successfully complete their courses. The role also involves acting as a liaison between the academy, internship partners, and students, facilitating smooth internship placements and tracking progress.

Job type: Remote/Hybrid

Responsibilities

Student Success Management:

  • Monitor student engagement and progress in online programs.
  • Provide personalized support to students via email, chat, or virtual meetings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention and course completion rates.
  • Organize webinars or workshops on career development and employability skills.

Internship Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internship partners and student interns.
  • Match students with suitable internship opportunities based on their skills and career goals.
  • Monitor and track the progress of students during their internships, addressing any challenges promptly.
  • Collect feedback from both students and partners to improve future internship experiences.
 

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and NGO partners offering internships.
  • Coordinate regular updates and reports to partners on student progress and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for new collaborations with organizations that align with the academy’s mission.

Student Feedback And Improvement:

  • Regularly gather feedback from students on their learning experience and internship opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content and program teams to improve course offerings and student support services.

POSITION: DIGITAL Marketer 

 

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketting department and oversee our content direction and ad campaigns. This role will involve creating and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, set up and optimise Facebook ads, and direct the content team. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies to align with company goals.
  • Oversee ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure consistent branding.
  • Analyze marketing data to adjust strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Report to the CEO

POSITION: CONTENT CREATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEr.

 

 

Job Description: We are seeking a creative, skilled and talented Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves producing viral video content, manage social media platforms, and grow our TikTok channel to amplify our mission, engage our community, and drive awareness about our programs. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller with expertise in video production, social media trends, and a passion for African empowerment and education.

Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the I-Train Africa website.
  • Create, edit, and produce videos to showcase programs, success stories, and educational tips.
  • Design multimedia assets, including infographics and visuals, for use across platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow I-Train Africa’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content to ensure consistency and engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly to build strong connections with the audience. 
 

Video Production:

  • Plan, script, and produce professional-quality videos aligned with our mission and campaigns.
  • Edit raw footage into polished final products using video editing software.
  • Optimize videos for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Report to the Digital Marketer.

Position: digital sales person.

 

Job Description: We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
