Rotimi Eyitayo (Nigeria)

Faculty

With a vision to influence people, organizations and institutions, and using various avenues to motivate and inspiring them into maximizing productivity, Rotimi has distinguished himself as a passionate catalyst for change. 

A young and dynamic speaker, he has facilitated several retreats & strategy sessions for organizations both within and outside Nigeria. To Zenith Bank, TrustFund, NLNG, Ministry of Special duties (Akwa-Ibom), GTBank, Oyo State, Government, Ondo State Government, Finicky Company, Apecs International Ltd., Sixth Sense, Maritime Academy (Oron), Discovery Camp, Manny Waters Group Ltd, Purple Bubble Ltd, Imperial Gate School, Mater Dei School, etc.
He is a splendid Nigerian strategist with outstanding ideas in workforce activation, teamwork and strategic planning. A resourceful advocate of youth empowerment that resonates the depth of his knowledge through practical application of Peak performance in the marketplace.
In the United Kingdom which serves as the main base of Cash Buyers Limited and YNV Services, Rotimi Eyitayo is also considered an outstanding facilitator.

An Ambassador of the GEMSTONE (Generation, Empowered, Motivated, Stirred to Operate with Natural Excellence) 2025 project and is presently the brain behind several projects like Teammasters Spelling Bee, Nigerian School Conference, Student Enrichment Seminar, etc
He is currently the MD/CEO of TEAMMASTERS LIMITED which has been in existence since 2006 – creating and adding value to schools, students, teachers and parents.

Sikemi Tayo (Nigeria)

Faculty

Sikemi Tayo is a Business Transformation Manager at an Africa-focused integrated digital payments and commerce company where she continues to champion enterprise initiatives to increase team efficiency and business productivity.

With over 13 years’ experience working in different roles and 8 years leading teams across application management, customer support, and business transformation functions, she has been exposed to varied types of problems, constraints, and expectations.

She is an alumnus of the University of Sheffield and holds a masters degree in information systems. Sikemi is a career and leadership mentor as well as a natural problem solver. In her free time, she is a fitness enthusiast and likes to travel the world.

Janet Obaemo (Nigeria)

Faculty, Mentor

Janet Obaemo is the Founder/ Lead Career Consultant at ODAJA ACADEMY. She is passionate about Talent Management, Learning, and development. As a Global Certified Career Analyst, she uses her expertise in providing relevant career information to young leaders while helping them bridge the gap between the right education and the right employment. As a Mathematics Literacy Coach, she uses mathematics language to build students’ confidence and competency in mathematics. Through her Mathematics Literacy Program, she also trains teachers that engage with mathematics in the classroom on how to use mathematics as a tool to help young leaders acquire the top 16 skills needed in every occupation for the 21st century.

Her work experience has cut across IT & Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Research Institutes, Logistics and Education Sector.

She has over the years develop an interest in the analysis of real-time problems associated with human development and has designed and developed a relevant solution which she administers via her training and speaking sessions.

She often writes and speaks about how to optimize career choices relative to personality, interest, skills, abilities, learning styles, values, and emotional quotient. She also speaks on how to optimize the use of mathematics as a tool to train the mind to think rather than learning of facts in the Education and non-profit sector.

Aderinsola Adio-Adepoju (Nigeria)

Faculty, Mentor

Aderinsola Adio-Adepoju is an educator, life coach, academic, entrepreneur, and expert on the SDGs & accessing global opportunities. An advocate for youth & women empowerment through skills acquisition as a means of achieving the SDGs.

Aderinsola is an UNLEASH Ambassador and UPG sustainability leader of 2021 and has won several global opportunities such as grants, awards, business labs, innovation labs, fellowships that have taken her across 5 continents. Aderinsola has trained 5000+ youths across Africa via various means on how to access such opportunities. Aderinsola is the convener of the Global Mentorship Conference For African Youth: An annual Conference for youths across Africa. The maiden edition had over 15,000 registered participants from 40+ African countries and speakers from 25+ Nations. Aderinsola is an academic who is rounding off her Ph.D. in Chemistry at a Nigerian University where she also teaches entry-level students with a mission to shape the lives of 500,000 youths by 2025.

Aderinsola is an international speaker and coach with a track record of inspiring, educating, motivating, and helping her audience achieve clarity, direction, and results. Aderinsola is an entrepreneur with a mini MBA from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). She has over 12 years of management/teaching experience as the CEO/lead trainer of Deryne Couture, a leading fashion school and fashion retail company. Mrs. Adio-Adepoju is the founder of I-Train Africa, l: An Edtech social enterprise with a vision to build an ecosystem of youths who have the clarity, knowledge, and skills to build the future we want.

Goto Cooper (Liberia)

Mentor

Goto Cooper is an educator, mentor and International motivational speaker with over four years of experience in youth leadership and development. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Educate The Future Liberia – ETF Liberia (ETF Liberia), a nonprofit organization that is committed to empowering tomorrow’s leaders through education and mentorship.

He has impacted over 500 young Liberians through its impact-driven programs. Mr. Goto is currently pursuing his BPA in Public Administration at the African Methodist Episcopal University. He is a 2019 Obama African Leader, Young Political Leadership School Fellow, Global Citizenship Education Ambassador, YALI RLC Alumni, UNLEASH Innovation Global Talent, and a servant leader.

Abel Eigege (Nigeria)

Mentor

Abel Eigege is a serial entrepreneur/Project Manager/Business, Community and Agricultural Development Specialist/an Industrialist and a Humanitarian. He has co-founded a couple of business enterprises, and is currently the managing partner for other small businesses. He currently serves as a mentor to start up entrepreneurs on the Micro Mentor Platform.
Among his notable experiences include currently as C.E.O Cultivest Africa Limited, an agro-investment cooperative; currently also as Managing partner Odu Foods Nigeria Limited, an agro processing company; as Co-Founder/Managing Director Afriroot Herbal Foods & Supplements limited, where he achieved distribution of Afriroot products to over 15 states of the federation. The Managing Partner of Ongbo Nigeria Limited, a company that has trained over 500 farmers and has held programs that are impacting the lives of many rural farmers in Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigerian Farmers Group and Cooperative Society.
He is working round the clock to bring the long desired change in the agricultural sphere in Nigeria.
He has worked with United Nations Children’s Funds (UNICEF) as a monitor for the Maternal and NewBorn Child Health Week, where the major focus is nutrition amongst mothers and children across Nigeria.

Augustaheavens Ikevuje (Nigeria)

Mentor

With 15 years of experience in the Oil, Gas and Energy sector cutting across three multinational organizations, Augusta has experience in STEM, innovation, business strategy, leadership and profitable collaboration. Closing out multimillion dollar deals is a recur in her space, from the online monitoring project of the National Oil Company, to infrastructure development with the joint venture partners. In 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, 8.5M USD dollar contracts were closed out under her leadership. My supply chain expertise brings the globe to a precise reach.
Starting my career with the Hyundai Heavy Industry, the team that built the fractional distillation plant and the tank farm for Shell at Bonny Island. I moved to join the team that represented Siemens in West Africa, installing Siemens gauge for the NAOC/Agip Flow stations. Joining Schlumberger came with accelerated business growth for the diverse Clients in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea.
I am currently a business executive at Mavi Energy, on this role, I ensure sustainable growth with business opportunities in the industry, relate with all government institutions to ensure compliance, ensure supply chain is concise and develop adequate training plan to ensure the team are equipped with current skills for the obvious dynamic changing business environment. My business strategy, collaboration, technology and innovative skills has grown indigenous service companies to global companies with full operations in different continents. Her innovative experience and collaborative adroitness has closed out million dollar contracts, and has projected Mavi Energy to international space, developed human capacity in the local community and has brought value to the National Oil corporation and the energy value chain.

She is currently a candidate for Professional MBA CT Bauer Business School, a certified Agile Scrum Master and an Alumni of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) where she obtained a Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymer and Textile Engineering from the University of Technology Owerri, (FUTO).

Folasade Akpata (Nigeria)

Mentor

Folasade is a physician with a background in Internal Medicine. She has served as a Medical Officer at different hospitals, and as a Registrar offering general, emergency and specialist medical care to in- and out-patients. Currently, she teaches undergraduate medical students, offers person-centred care to older patients and is a clinical researcher, as a Senior Registrar I in the Internal Medicine Department at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City, Nigeria where she is undergoing further postgraduate training towards a full fellowship award in Geriatric Medicine.
She received her medical degree from Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, Nigeria and is a member of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, member of the West African College of Physicians, the British Geriatric Society and the American Geriatric Society.
Her research interests lie in core geriatrics, telegeriatrics, and implementation science.
She enjoys reading, volunteering, and mentoring and spending time with family.

Husseina Abubakar (The United States of America)

Mentor

Engr. Husseina Abubakar is a Sustainable Development Goal Leader under the seal of the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐈𝐈𝐔. She has a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, she’s a writer, a public speaker, an advocate of SDG, and in support of the SDGs goals creates awareness campaigns to promote global economic and political stability through the promotion of universal moral values, tolerance education, interfaith harmony education, the establishment of the culture of Peace and safety. She was offered a certificate of commendation for her devoted services towards humanity through humanitarian services.

She’s also the International D of Media & Strategic Communications Global with the International Human Rights Protection Services, Florida USA. As the assistant Volunteer Coordinator at the Global Youth Mental Health Awareness in collaboration with Australia, she has participated live shows and a host of others on mental health and advocacy.

She recently became the chief Global Coordinator, Department of Mission SDGs at World Literary Forum for Peace and Human Rights. She is also an International Ambassador of Peace. She has many years of leadership experience, a track record of successful projects in creating awareness campaigns to promote global economic and political stability. She believes in those who hold the future, which is you and I.

Andrews Akoto-Addo (Ghana)

Faculty

Andrews Akoto-Addo exists to inspire possibilities. He does this through idea conceptualization, solution development, growth catalyzation, and innovation support within the scope of Startup and Business Development, Social Entrepreneurship, and Digital Innovation.

He serves as an Investment Associate with the Ghana Tech Lab (GTL). 

His background in Business Administration, a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, and as a verified IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (EDT) Practitioner has enabled him to add value and provide agile project management, concept development, idea validation, and social innovation services to several Innovation Hubs and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Ghana.

Andrews was appointed in 2020 as an UNLEASH Ambassador for Sub-Saharan Africa. Andrews is a Founding Partner of RIGHT to LEAD Organization.

Abubakar Barau Abdullahi (Nigeria)

Faculty

Alh. Abubakar Barau Abdullahi Danmadami: Is an investment and marketing consultant. He had 20years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 2years as marketing consultant for the then Nigerian industrial Bank and Nigerian Bank for reconstruction and development Fund, 16 years in the construction industry, currently commercial manager Africa for world logistics services corporation (Wlsc New York) and GenstarFze Dubai. Alh Abubakar has branched in to Agriculture as a technology provider and consultant in agric value chain enhancement. Alhaji Abubakar is a mentor who mentored over 3000 youth in nigeria and Ghana . He is currently the chairman AIDA group of companies involved in Agriculture. Alh Abubakar
ABDULLAHI holds a masters degree in business policy and strategy. He is fellow of National institute of marketing in nigeria for which he was national president for 5years as well as deputy chairman of board of fellows of the same institution ,a fellow of the institute of sales and marketing management London, a fellow of the chartered institute of marketing London.

Ivie Osobase (Nigeria)

Faculty

In the last 12+years, Ivie has helped multiple enterprises across geographies (South Africa, Malawi & Nigeria) tell their stories using Big Data to deliver the most effective messaging. She continues to lead data-driven PR, marketing communications, and communications strategies for non-profit and for-profit enterprises both remotely and in the office.

Her penchant and passion for communications and big data have helped her expand her professional services into Digital Marketing. Her niches are Content Marketing Strategy with SEO & Digital Marketing Project management.

Olusola Olumide (Nigeria)

Faculty, Mentor

Olusola Olumide is an individual with many parts; a social worker, teacher, public speaker, finance personnel, youth coach and author, who employs diverse endowments to create positive and enduring impacts in the lives of individuals, schools, organizations, social groups and communities.


As an astute speaker, resource person, Certified Behavioral Control Specialist, Emotional Therapist and Life Coach, he has for over two (2) decades inspired thousands of
individuals in CBO, NGO and educational settings with his unique and captivating blend of wisdom, encouragement and enthusiasm; having the vision of delivering
creative learning initiatives and breeding specie of youths who are mentored to become agents of change.

He is the author of these invaluable books; The Dynamics of Youthful Life, Strategy for Superior Performance, Intelligence Model for Holistic Progress, Intelligence for Educators, Winning with Emotional Intelligence, and Activating the Power of your Mind.

Olusola is member of Emotional Intelligence Training and Research Institute [Texas, USA]. He is the Lead Consultant of Longitude and Latitude int’l Lagos; presently, he serves as a Mentor for Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation (TEF), he also sits as a board member of Apogee Educational and Empowerment Initiative (an NGO, with the mandate to train Educators and help out of school children).

He currently works with Lagos State University, Nigeria.

Sylvester Oyewole (Nigeria)

Mentor

Sylvester Oyewole Folarin is a financial analyst, farmer, environmentalist, entrepreneur and a financial freedom coach. His strength lies in financial literacy, strategic planning, data analysis, agribusiness, rural development and planning.

Sylvester has over 15-year experience spanning Financial Accounting, Audit, Financial Advisory, Financial Management and Reporting. He has a degree in Accounting (BSc.) and a Chartered Accountant with Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is working presently as the finance manager at Clayhall group.

Sylvester demonstrates exceptional passion for agriculture. He started a trial farming in 2017 and commenced fully in January 2018. He is an advocate of tree planting and friendly eco system. He is most interested in planting cash crops like cashew, cocoa, coconut, palm tree and Moringa. Over 10,000 trees have been planted by him in the last 5 years. He has successfully renovated and rehabilitated nearly 50 acres of cocoa and palm tree plantation for better yield.

Syl has inspired many young farmers and agribusiness enthusiast especially youth and women. He is passionate about how to improve the wellbeing of small holder farmers because he believes they can make so much impact in savaging food crisis in the country.

Sylvester Oyewole is the co-founder of Marphil Integrated Farms Ltd. A company whose vision is to make agribusiness a profitable business and encourage young adult to be actively involved.

Mr. Oyewole is the coordinator of National Coconut Producers Processors and Marketing Association of Nigeria (NACOPPMAN) in Ondo state, a group that is made up of coconut farmers, processors and marketers advocating for coconut sufficiency in Nigeria.

Sylvester believes agriculture can contribute more GDP than petroleum to Nigeria economy.


He is a loving husband and father. He loves travelling, sports and gardening.

Sylvester is on a mission to grow and rehabilitate 50,000,000 trees as well as to impact 10,000 farmers, especially small holder farmers by 2040. My intention is to make agriculture an attractive business that will make youths to embrace going into agribusiness and value addition.
