This video was recorded when SheEarns first launched.
What you’ll hear is still true — what has evolved is how intentionally we now support the community around it.
SheEarns is a participation-based empowerment network created by I-Train Africa.
It exists for people who:
SheEarns is not about selling.
It is about acknowledging impact that is already happening.
In 2025, we set out with a simple mission:
To support 500 women across Africa to participate in the digital economy — using only their mobile devices and existing networks.
By the end of the year:
The most important insight?
People were already referring others — SheEarns simply formalised and supported it.
SheEarns is open to:
While SheEarns was designed with women at the center,
men who align with the mission are welcome.
When you join SheEarns:
Some participants choose to earn from this.
Others simply see it as a reward layered on impact.
Both approaches are valid.
No.
SheEarns is designed for people who:
Training and community support are provided.
Can I earn through SheEarns?
Yes.
SheEarns includes an optional earning component.
Participants may receive up to 20% acknowledgment for impact created through their link.
However:
SheEarns works best when:
Some participants earn occasionally.
Some earn consistently.
Some simply focus on impact.

Upon interviewing her, she said;
“Dr., I did not have to do anyhting o, the product is selling itself. It is a full package offer. It is like you are dashing us money because once I show people, it is what they need“. – Azeezat Adeniyi
