WHAT SHEEARNS REALLY IS
What is SheEarns?
SheEarns is a participation-based empowerment network created by I-Train Africa.
It exists for people who:
- Naturally share opportunities that work
- Want to multiply impact within their networks
- Are open to earning from the digital economy without pressure, inventory, or relocation
SheEarns is not about selling.
It is about acknowledging impact that is already happening.
WHY SHEEARNS EXISTS
In 2025, we set out with a simple mission:
To support 500 women across Africa to participate in the digital economy — using only their mobile devices and existing networks.
By the end of the year:
- 265 people joined the SheEarns network
- 38 participants earned income from home
- Many earned back what they invested in their own development
The most important insight?
People were already referring others — SheEarns simply formalised and supported it.
WHO SHEEARNS IS FOR
Who can join SheEarns?
SheEarns is open to:
- Women across Africa and globally
- Alumni of I-Train Africa
- Professionals, caregivers, founders, and career builders
- Anyone who believes in sharing access responsibly
While SheEarns was designed with women at the center,
men who align with the mission are welcome.
HOW PARTICIPATION WORKS
How does participation work?
When you join SheEarns:
- You receive a unique participation link
- When someone you refer chooses to join a program
- The system automatically acknowledges your impact
Some participants choose to earn from this.
Others simply see it as a reward layered on impact.
Both approaches are valid.
DO I NEED PRIOR EXPERIENCE?
No.
SheEarns is designed for people who:
- Speak from lived experience
- Share opportunities naturally
- Do not want to “sell” or pressure anyone
Training and community support are provided.
ABOUT EARNING
Can I earn through SheEarns?
Yes.
SheEarns includes an optional earning component.
Participants may receive up to 20% acknowledgment for impact created through their link.
However:
- Earning is never the requirement
- Participation comes first
- Impact always comes before income
Is this passive income?
SheEarns works best when:
- You share from authenticity
- You talk about what worked for you
- You do not force outcomes
Some participants earn occasionally.
Some earn consistently.
Some simply focus on impact.

How do I track my participation and acknowledgements?
SheEarns participants receive access to a personal dashboard where they can view:
- Activity linked to their participation
- Acknowledgements earned
- Community updates
The system is automated and transparent.
ARE PEOPLE PART OF SHEEARNS
Yes, we have 265 affiliates currently registered on Sheearns.
Can I share opportunities on social media?
Yes, if it feels natural to you.
Many participants:
- Share privately
- Speak to friends, family, colleagues
- Refer within professional circles
There is no required channel and no quotas.
Can I preview the WFS program before sharing?
Yes.
A Demo video of how the Workplace Foundational Skills (WFS) program works is available for preview.
This allows you (or anyone you refer) to understand:
- Structure
- Learning experience
- Facilitation style
February Participation Appreciation
For the month of February only, SheEarns participants whose impact leads to a new learner joining will receive:
- The Alumni Goal-Setting Workshop
- Reflection & planning templates
- A guided workbook
This is a thank-you, not an incentive.
It ends in February.
PAYMENTS & EXCEPTIONS
How are acknowledgements processed?
Acknowledgements are processed via our platform (Selar).
In exceptional cases, bank transfer arrangements may be approved with prior consent.
DISPUTES & GOVERNANCE
What happens in case of a dispute?
SheEarns prioritizes dialogue and mediation.
If legal interpretation is required, matters are governed by the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Is SheEarns only for women?
SheEarns centers women in line with SDG 5.
However, I-Train Africa does not discriminate.

Can I promote SheEarns courses and programs to my friends and family?
Yes, as a SheEarns affiliate, you are encouraged to promote our courses and programs to your friends and family, as well as to your professional network.
Are there any exceptions to the affiliate payment process?
Yes, in exceptional cases, we may allow affiliates to collect payments on our behalf through bank transfer, but this requires our prior consent and is subject to specific terms and conditions.

Can a man join the program?
Yes, men are welcome to join, even though the program is primarily designed for women. As a global organization, we do not discriminate based on gender. If a man feels he could benefit from the program, he is encouraged to register and participate.
Who Is The Founder Of This Initiative
Hello, I’m Dr Aderinsola Adio-Adepoju; I have helped professionals and youths secure over $700,000, won/attracted (personal) 35+ global opportunities worth over $135,000 that took me to 5 continents, and shaped lives for living.
African youths are my passion, and my mission is to help 10 million of them become skilled, become relevant to the 21st-century workforce, and arrive at the global stage by 2030.
In 2021 and 2023, I organized the most extensive online youth conference for African youths and women. The 2021 & 2023 editions reached over 2.6 million people. The 2021 event saw participation from 40+ African countries, with 14,000+ registered attendees and 35 speakers from 25+ nations. In 2023, the GMC had 41 speakers and 24,000 registered participants from 54 countries.
I am an academic with a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Chemistry and a university teacher. I have been an entrepreneur for the last 14 years. I have a mini MBA from the International Finance Corporation (IFC)
In 2022-2023
As the Design Lead, I worked remotely internationally with the Natural History Museum of London (NHM).
I also served as the Global Project Coordinator at the Museum For the 
United Nations (U.N. Live).
I have been featured in local and international press and media outlets, including the Voice of Canada, US InStyle Magazine, Women Radio, Tekedia, TVC, Punch Newspaper, and many others. I have several awards and am happily married and blessed with children.
