OUR TORCHBEARERS PROFILES

Azeezat A. Adeniyi

Agricultural Finance Expert | Systems Thinker | Inclusive Development Advocate | I-Train Africa Torchbearer

Her Words:
“Dr., any program you sell, I will enroll, even if you pack sand and say come and buy, I will buy, because every enrollment is always worth more than the investment.”

Azeezat Adeniyi is a certified expert in agricultural finance with over 16 years of impact across banking, agriculture, and international development. Her work is fueled by a clear mission, to build a world where finance truly works for people, especially within agriculture, where potential is vast yet underserved.

She has unlocked $40 million+ in financing for more than 500,000 rural households and SMEs, championing women-led agribusinesses and introducing market systems, gender-lens, and climate-smart financing models that reshape the future of Africa’s food systems.

Her I-Train Africa story began on January 9th, 2025, immediately after one of Dr. Aderinsola’s IG Live sessions rekindled her hunger for growth. That same night, she enrolled in the WFS program, later joined the SheEarns Movement, and quickly became a top SheEarner due to her consistency, referrals, and commitment to impact.

At the CcHub EdTech Festival 2025, Azeezat electrified the Skilled for Work booth, turning it into a vibrant hub of energy, learning, and inspiration. Her leadership continues to mirror I-Train Africa’s mission, empowering others, building communities, and modeling excellence.

Her transformation even inspired her teenage son, who joined I-Train Africa’s youth program and launched a YouTube channel based on what he learned, proof that authentic growth inspires generational impact.

Azeezat is belief turned into bold action, a changemaker who leads with heart and lifts others as she rises. 💛

Grace Oladejo

SheEarns Torchbearer | Skilled for Work Alumna | Purpose-Driven Changemaker

Grace Oladejo embodies the transformation that happens when learning becomes legacy. Her journey began in November 2023 when she joined the Global Opportunities Program (GOP). By July 2024, Grace had evolved into one of the most active, consistent, and inspiring learners in the entire I-Train Africa community.

Her drive for growth led her through the WFS program, after which she joined the SheEarns Movement where her leadership, passion, and commitment stood out immediately.

Today, Grace is celebrated as a SheEarns Torchbearer, representing excellence, resilience, and community impact. She inspires other women to grow, give, and multiply their influence, proving that when one woman grows, she carries many others with her.

Grace’s leadership shines in every space she steps into. Her story is a reminder that growth, when shared, becomes powerful beyond measure. 💛

Mrs. Mutiat — Founder, Elevate Insights

Torchbearer | Visionary Leader | Youth Empowerment Champion

Elevate Insights, founded by Mrs. Mutiat, represents the profound power of alumni-driven impact. Her commitment to empowering youth reshaped the very foundation of the NYSC Global Employability Fellowship.

During the program’s launch, she didn’t just refer learners, she personally sponsored 14 undergraduate, recent graduate, and NYSC members, using the MasterCard-subsidized rate to amplify opportunity for young people who needed access the most.

Her influence sparked momentum, inspired other sponsors, and helped shape a fellowship model that centers NYSC members as the heartbeat of employability innovation.

Through Elevate Insights, she continues to model what true alumni leadership looks like:
action, generosity, community building, and legacy creation.

Ahmed Oladoke

Educator, Product Thinker & Torchbearer of Impact 🔆

His Words:
“I just show up. I support. I keep learning. I want to help people navigate their careers, empower them, and create impact. This is what Africa needs, more people stepping up.”

Ahmed Oladoke is a natural leader whose growth creates pathways for others. A dedicated educator turned product professional, Ahmed has over a decade of teaching experience and 7 years shaping young minds in primary and secondary schools. These years built the soft-skill foundation, communication, empathy, adaptability, that defines his leadership today.

His transition into Product Management and Integrated Digital Marketing was fueled by a passion to solve problems and build user-focused solutions. Armed with certifications and hands-on experience, Ahmed brings the clarity of a teacher to the strategy of a product leader.

He joined I-Train Africa through the WFS program, a journey that sharpened his professional edge and amplified his confidence. But what truly sets Ahmed apart is his consistency in empowering others.

As a devoted member of the SheEarns Movement, he supports, mentors, and guides new learners, especially those navigating digital work and career transitions.

Ahmed is a bridge builder, turning personal growth into shared elevation for countless others.

David Adegoke

Deputy Director, Accounts & Payments (IBMUN) | Torchbearer & Impact Multiplier 💡

David Adegoke represents a quiet, consistent form of leadership that changes lives. His journey with I-Train Africa began with the WFS program, where he joined to strengthen his workplace skills and leadership capacity.

But David’s influence expanded far beyond his learning. He became a mentor and motivator to NYSC members, recent graduates, and young professionals who needed clarity, direction, and encouragement.

For David, personal development is a responsibility, a call to help others rise. Through referrals, mentorship, shared opportunities, and continuous engagement, he embodies what it means to be an Impact Multiplier.

His leadership reflects the core of our mission:
service, empowerment, and legacy through action.

David’s story reminds us that true impact isn’t measured by accolades,  it’s measured by the lives you light up along the way.
