I-Train Africa is an impact-driven organization tackling youth unemployment in Africa by equipping individuals with the clarity and skills needed for the 21st-century workforce. Since 2020, we’ve reached over 29 million people across 53 countries through innovative projects, programs, and campaigns.
Founded and guided by the leadership of Aderinsola Adio-Adepoju (PhD) — a passionate EdTech founder, educator, and social entrepreneur — our mission is to empower 10,000,000 African youths, women, and professionals with global employability skills. Aderinsola has delivered impactful work across 5 continents, secured 35+ global opportunities, and served with reputable institutions including the United Nations (UN Live) and the Natural History Museum, London.
Our flagship event, the Global Mentorship Conference (GMC), has impacted 2.7 million+ participants featuring 76 speakers from 25 nations. In 2024, we launched the Skilled for Work Academy to equip Africans with in-demand workplace skills, and in 2025 introduced SheEarns — enabling women to earn from the digital economy and transform their livelihoods.
Driven by forward-thinking leadership and strong global networks, I-Train Africa continues to build pathways for African talents to thrive locally and globally.
To create a thriving ecosystem where African youths are equipped with the clarity, skills, and confidence to build a sustainable future.
To empower 10 million African youths, women, and professionals with future-ready skills for global relevance and impactful careers by 2030.
We are guided by eight core values: Impact, Sustainability, Integrity, Punctuality, Honesty, Innovation, Collaboration, and Global Excellence.
