The key skills required in this role are motivation and discipline, research skills, problem solving and communication skills.

3) SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER: Social media management is the marketing service associated with handling and monitoring social media platforms for clients. As a social media manager, you’re expected to create and schedule content, engage with followers, monitor social media trends and give reports on accounts progress. The influx of digital agencies across the globe has made it very essential for brands to build a strong presence on social media platforms to stay competitive. Hence, as a social media manager, it is important that you can use your skills to grow your client’s media presence. The key skills required in this role are analytical, communication skills, problem-solving skills and tech savviness.

4) COMMUNITY MANAGER: Community managers are the voices of brands. They build, grow, manage, and engage an organization’s online community. Every brand needs an online community- a virtual gathering of people whose goal and vision align with what the brand offers- especially the ones looking to utilize the digital platforms to their advantage. The community managers play the role of the brand’s advocate, ensuring that they fully participate in the community discussion and listen to the community members’ needs. This role requires critical skills: social listening, creativity, communication, and relationship building.

5) PROGRAM CO-ORDINATOR: A program coordinator plans, implements, and evaluates programs and projects. They oversee various programs to ensure they run smoothly and align with their goals and aims. They also coordinate and monitor the progress of projects/programs effectively. The key skills required in this role are detail-oriented, critical thinking, leadership, time management, problem-solving and communication skills.
