TECHNOLOGY FOR ACCESSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

THE PODCAST IS LIVE!

The conversation we’ve been waiting for is finally out 🎧💡

I had the honour of joining Sola Adesakin, founder of Smart Stewards, on the EdTech Mondays Nigeria podcast – hosted by CcHUB in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation – to talk about something that matters deeply to me:

➡️ How do we serve marginalized learners – especially women and families – through EdTech in Africa?

I didn’t just share strategies.
I shared stories:

🔸 Aisha, a secondary school dropout who thought she couldn’t be employable without a degree – but now thrives.
🔸 Sandra, a single mum whose MSc wasn’t enough until practical workplace skills helped her re-enter the workforce.
🔸 And another woman, whose own husband called us to say, “She can’t do this.”
She proved him wrong – and graduated empowered.

These women represent more than progress.
They are proof that employability-focused, human-centered EdTech works.

We don’t just train.
We believe.
We equip.
We transform.

🎧 Listen to the full 30-minute episode – you’ll walk away inspired, challenged, and hopefully ready to reimagine how we design learning in Africa.
